Seventeen people joined the meeting. Due to technical difficulties, we
weren't able to present the 3D printing clinic. We'll try again. Of
course, that didn't stop us from talking about it. Several people had
examples of 3D printed figures and kits. There were
questions about uses for 3 D printing pens. Many people shared photos
of their favorite models and works in progress. We also shared
experiences with airbrushes including cleaning them with ultrasonic
cleaners. We learned that "Liquid Gravity" will keep
an aircraft nose heavy. It will also run all over your work area if
you're not careful. For the locals, Willis Hobby in Nassau County is in
the process of closing it's building. Plans for the future are unknown,
but items are being sold at discounted prices. Best
contact them in advance if you plan to visit.
